Once you get a taste for Yoga, it’s likely that you want more. The best thing you can do is that you join a good gym, one of those good gyms where they also offer Yoga and other fitness classes. The most perfect thing however is if you can find an affordable personal trainer. If you happen to live in East London, I recommend the Hackney personal trainer. I am with them for several months already and couldn’t be happier.
If you live outside London, I am sure you can find a good studio and personal trainers in many places. Just make sure they don’t want money right away. The good ones allow you to try them for an hour or two so you can get a good impression if the trainer is for you. That’s what I did and it worked out beautifully!
